The Genesis of a Revolution

In 2022, two visionary developers — Emmanuel Agyare Danso and Jim Tohybu — met at the Ghana Tech Summit. Frustrated by outdated school systems, they built a prototype in 48 hours: an AI that could grade exams and track attendance with facial recognition.

Their hackathon win wasn't just a trophy — it was validation. Schools in Accra begged for pilots. Francis Adjei, a veteran education administrator with 15 years of experience, saw the potential and joined as Director.

From a garage in Osu to a 25-person team in East Legon, NERDSPRING was born. We don't just build software — we engineer educational ecosystems where AI whispers insights, parents stay connected, and every child thrives.

"We code for the child who dreams of becoming a doctor but can't afford textbooks. Every line of code is a step toward equity." — Emmanuel Agyare Danso, Co-Founder
